    Cancellation and No Show Policies

    Clients will be charged the full rate of the scheduled service for any no show appointments.

    If a client does not cancel a scheduled appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a client will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

    Clients that come to the session late will receive only the remaining time of the scheduled session so that each client receives their service on time.
