Lady Mindful Mavericks is a transformative summer experience designed for teen girls ages 13–17 who are ready to explore their emotional world, build strong peer connections, and grow into the best version of themselves.

Led by licensed therapist and mental health advocate Ki’Asha Sanders, this program blends therapeutic group work with meaningful field trips—designed to foster self-awareness, leadership, communication skills, and emotional resilience. Held over the course of six sessions across the summer (two select Saturdays per month, June–August), Lady Mindful Mavericks offers a refreshing space for personal growth, exploration, and empowerment.

 Why Join Lady Mindful Mavericks?

  • Therapist-Led Empowerment: All sessions are professionally facilitated with therapeutic structure in a relaxed, relatable format.

  • Real Conversations: We talk openly about the things that matter—identity, friendships, boundaries, pressure, and purpose.

  • Hands-On Growth: Each topic is paired with an immersive field trip to help teens apply and embody what they’re learning.

  • Community & Confidence: We create a safe space where teens can be themselves, feel seen, and discover strength through shared stories and supportive connection.
