Lady Mindful Mavericks: A Summer Girls' Group

Back for its second year, Lady Mindful Mavericks is a dynamic summer experience designed to empower girls through meaningful group therapy sessions and engaging field experiences. Led by licensed women therapists, participants build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and thrive in a safe, supportive environment that blends mental wellness with fun and connection.

Program Details

💰 Cost: $390 for the summer ($65 per trip)
📋 Insurance Requirement: Aetna, BCBS, Medicaid or United Healthcare required
🍽️ Food: Light Refreshments and a late lunch will be provided.
🎒 Materials: Any required items will be outlined in the group packet

• July 18 – Canoe/Kayak
